Como se llamaba el objetivo ese?
Don't steal bandwidth, my friend. When you "hotlink" directly to an image on someone else's website, two things happen.
1. The site that hosts the images that you are linking to has to pay bandwidth costs to serve the image to your site. It IS stealing, and it CAN get expensive, if you have a lot of traffic.
2. It leaves YOUR site vulnerable to exactly what happened. If they get mad, all they have to do is change the images on their server and POOF! they have changed YOUR website.
It's much better to just copy the images you want (with permission, if possible) and then upload them to your own site. THEN link to the new copies on your own web page.
If you do this, then nobody can mess around with your website, and you will bear your own costs.
I apologize if you were offended (lo siento, mucho), and I thank you for the best laugh I have had in years.
I laughed SO HARD when those pictures popped up on your blog that I almost fainted.
Again, bienvenidos a America, and have a great trip!! :-)
There are hundreds of ways to warn us about the external links we added to our blog, but you carried on in that disgusting way, "my friend". It tells a lot about yourself and the shit you handle. It also leaves you in a funny position trying later to be polite and "teach" anything. Please avoid spreading greetings to America anymore, it's better for us to believe we're in a place not filled with people like you.
